What is a self-clinching stud, and how does it work?
It is self-clinching fasteners, also called self-clinching threaded studs, specially designed for connecting thin materials.
It is usually a flush head with a ring of anti-slip teeth under the head. When installing, pressure is applied to the head, so that the anti-slip device of the head is embedded in the connector to achieve the purpose of locking.

Self-clinching studs installation steps
Step 1: Determine the installation position, select the appropriate size according to the diameter of the stud, and use a stamping machine to punch out the connecting hole in the plate.
Step 2: Place the Self clinching stud into the hole and place the panel on the platform.
Step 3: After adjusting the pressure data of the riveting machine, perform riveting. After the installation is successful, check whether the installation is smooth and loose.
