Usually, three different quality levels for the thread rod industry :
- A High-quality: thread Angle:57-60 degrees, can 100% fit go and no go gauge testing
- B Middle quality: thread angle:45 degrees, the maker can promise fit nuts, can fit no go gauge
- C Lower quality: thread angle:40 degrees, even match nuts, still very loose, T&Y Hardware usually offers you high and middle quality
For low carbon steel, our processing time is 10-15 days, While for class 8.8 or 10.9, will take 15-20 days based on your thread rod requirement
