What is insert nut?

1.Determine the borehole size: First, consult the corresponding table to determine the correct borehole diameter according to the required embedded nut specifications.
2.Clean the pilot hole: After drilling the pilot hole, be sure to thoroughly clean the metal chips and other debris in the hole.
3.Install the insert nut:
- For smash-in insert nuts: Use a hammer to gently tap the bottom of the nut, taking care not to install the nut backwards. Keep tapping evenly until the top of the nut is flush with the surface of the connector. This step requires caution to avoid damaging the nut or connector.
- For screw-in threaded insertnuts: Use an allen wrench to slowly screw in the nut from the other end of the mounting surface. Make sure that the wrench and nut fit tightly to avoid slipping. During the screwing-in process, keep the force uniform until the nut is completely fixed in the predetermined position.
