For the T&Y hardware industry, standard samples are free charge ,for new customers ,we required to pay for freight ,and charge will return after order confirm
For Standard carbon steel and stainless steel hollow threaded rod, T&Y hardware processing time is in 10-15 days after confirming the order, if for special 316 stainless steel or brass hollow thread rod , will last 25-30 days
30% value of T/T in advance and other 70% balance on B/L copy.
For small order less than 1000USD, would suggest you pay 100% in advance to reduce the bank charges.
