Restricted Size Ranges: The dimensions listed above represent our standard tooling capacity. However, due to specialized precision molding processes, certain high-end materials have a narrower available size range. For example, Zirconia Ceramic is specifically limited to M3–M16 for bolts and M3–M8 for nuts. Please consult our sales team for material-specific sizing confirmations.

All our PTFE fasteners are machined or molded from 100% solid pure polytetrafluoroethylene polymer. We do not do surface coatings on metal. This ensures the fastener provides universal chemical inertness and zero electrical conductivity through its entire body.
Zirconia Ceramic (ZrO2) requires specialized high-temperature sintering and precision diamond grinding due to its extreme hardness. To guarantee structural integrity and thread precision, our standard tooling is optimized strictly for bolts from M3–M16 and nuts from M3–M8. For sizes outside this range, please contact our engineering team to check custom mold availability.
Yes, you can, but it requires careful engineering consideration. While combining a plastic nut with a metal bolt is an excellent solution for preventing galvanic corrosion or providing electrical isolation, it introduces stability risks.
Because metals and plastics have vastly different mechanical strengths and thermal expansion rates, we strongly recommend using the same material for both the bolt and the nut unless specific application needs dictate otherwise. Failing to match materials typically results in thread stripping, premature loosening under temperature fluctuations, or joint deformation due to the extreme strength mismatch.
Standard plastics like clear Polycarbonate or basic Nylon can degrade and become brittle under prolonged sunlight. For harsh outdoor or marine environments, we strongly recommend PVDF or Black UV-Stabilized Nylon, both of which offer exceptional resistance to UV radiation, weathering, and environmental stress cracking.
RENY (Polyamide MXD6) offers the absolute highest tensile strength and rigidity among our fasteners, serving as the ultimate “metal replacement” for heavy structural loads. If your application requires extreme temperature and chemical resistance, along with high strength, PEEK is the premier choice. For a cost-effective high-strength option, Glass-Filled Nylon (PA66-GF) is recommended.
It depends entirely on the polymer. High-performance materials like PEEK, PEI, PPS, and PTFE are inherently self-extinguishing and achieve the highest UL 94 V-0 flammability rating without additives. While standard plastics like PA66 Nylon, PP, and HDPE will burn under direct flame.
