Chemical anchor bolt installation procedure
- First drill a pilot hole of appropriate size, and use a vacuum cleaner or other tools to clean the dust in and around the hole
- If it is a capsule-type chemical anchor, place the resin capsule into the hole, If it is a tube-mounted resin, first use a tool to inject an appropriate amount of adhesive, Then, screw in the bolts with an electric drill，so that the adhesive can be fully stirred and the solidification effect is better.
- Check whether the bolt is installed correctly. You can adjust its angle appropriately before it is fully cured. Ensure that the angle between the chemical anchor bolt and the connecting surface is 90 degrees.
- After the resin is cured, install the accessories and washers that need to be connected, screw on the nuts and tighten them.
