What is Slotted Nuts?
Nuts with multiple slot on all sides are called slotted nuts. This design requires the use of special cotter pins or lock washers, which effectively prevent the nut from automatically loosening under vibration or alternating loads. Therefore, it is also called slot lock nut.
Types of slotted nuts
Common slotted nuts include hex slotted nuts, round groove nuts, t-groove nuts, etc. There are also some nuts with special structures, which we can customize before you provide drawings.
